These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 345com ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, products, features, and content available through 345com.net and any associated mobile interfaces.

By completing the 345com registration process, clicking "I Agree", depositing funds, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any 345com service.

345com reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to 345com is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement and is not subject to exception under any circumstance.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, not as a commercial entity or on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 345com employee where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You are not currently self-excluded from the Platform or subject to any other exclusion order that encompasses 345com services.
• You have the legal capacity under the laws of your country of residence to enter into this agreement and to engage in online betting activities.

345com reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during a player's account lifecycle — not only at registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) 345com account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and permanent banning from the Platform.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

Before any withdrawal is processed, 345com requires all players to complete KYC identity verification. This process involves submitting one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, Computerised National Identity Card, or valid passport)
• Proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa registered mobile number, or bank account statement matching the registered name)

345com reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation for accounts with high transaction volumes or where risk indicators are identified. KYC verification is conducted in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 345com account credentials. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 345com immediately via the support live chat. 345com will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

All 345com accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. 345com accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Visa / Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

345com does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on the payment method used for deposit must match the name on your verified 345com account. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be returned and may trigger an account review.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in line with anti-money-laundering best practices. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts are typically processed within one to four hours of approval during standard operating hours.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• 345com does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own processing charges.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements being met in full before the request can be processed.
• 345com reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000 per transaction.

From time to time, 345com offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms which are published alongside the relevant offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all 345com promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

Bonus funds credited to your account are not immediately withdrawable. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times through related accounts will result in all bonus funds being voided.
• 345com reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being activated on your account.
• Bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the time limit stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
• 345com reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or manipulation.

All bets placed on the 345com platform — including cricket, football, UFC, kabaddi, tennis, and all other sports markets, as well as casino games, slots, and live dealer games — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product. These rules are accessible from the relevant game or market interface.

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your bet history. Do not assume a bet has been accepted based on the selection screen alone.
• 345com reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to a technical error or data feed failure.
• For rain-affected cricket matches, DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method results will be used for settlement where applicable. Matches abandoned without a result will be settled as void unless the market rules specify otherwise.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted at the discretion of 345com and may be suspended at any time due to events on the field, data delays, or risk management decisions.

All casino games and slot titles on 345com are provided by certified third-party game suppliers and use independently audited random number generation (RNG) systems. 345com does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game title are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical failure during a casino game session — including disconnection from live dealer streams — 345com's system logs will be used to determine the correct game outcome. In cases where the outcome cannot be determined, the relevant game round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to your account balance.

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC

• Exploiting pricing errors, software bugs, or loopholes in games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or placing bets with knowledge of corrupt information related to any sporting event
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds of illegal origin
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer environments
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymising services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations
• Any conduct intended to abuse, harass, or threaten 345com staff or other platform users

345com is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 345com and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

345com does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party service failures, and technical issues may result in temporary unavailability. 345com will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses — including lost betting opportunities — resulting from service interruptions.

345com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Suspected participation in match fixing or corrupt betting activity
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2
• A regulatory or law enforcement directive requiring account suspension or closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 345com support via live chat. Where an account is closed voluntarily with a remaining verified balance and no outstanding compliance issues, the balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

345com may amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before they take effect, except where immediate change is required for regulatory compliance, legal obligation, or player protection reasons.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform after amended Terms take effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the changes. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 345com holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing territory.

Where you are a player resident in Pakistan, you acknowledge that you are accessing an internationally licensed platform and that your use of 345com services is subject to applicable local laws.
